The purpose of the Development Process Manual is to document the City's Processes for various types of private development and provide the Developer with documentation, which will assist in completing development work within the boundaries of City of West Jordan. It will also assist City departments in understanding, coordinating and administering the processes and ensuring the procedures are followed. The Development Process Manual is meant as an aid and is not intended to replace ordinances, codes, design and construction standards and other processes in place at the City.
Complete the Development Application &Property Owner Affidavit for the type of development you would like to submit for review and approval. Review Fees are due at the time of submittal of your application submittal and are listed on the second page of the development application: Development Application Additional Forms General Plans can be purchased at City Hall for $15. A copy for viewing is also available in Development Service.
