MOTION: Board Member Lems moved to approve the minutes of June 23, 2010 as presented. The motion was seconded by Board Member Killpack and passed 7-0 in favor.
b. Discussion and possible action regarding adoption of Resolution No. 130, regarding the determination and establishment of a definition for ‘affordable housing’ for the use of housing funds; and Resolution No. 131, adopting the Amended Housing Plan [Tom Burdett] RDA Bus item 1b.pdf
MOTION: Board Member Nichols moved to adopt Resolution No. 130, and authorize the Agency Board Chair to sign the resolution determining and establishing the meaning of "affordable housing" for the use of housing funds. The motion was seconded by Board Member Lems and passed 7-0 in favor.
MOTION: Board Member Nichols moved to adopt Resolution No. 131, and authorize the Agency Board Chair to sign the resolution adopting the Amended Housing Plan. The motion was seconded by Board Member Lems and passed 7-0 in favor.
