City Council Notice of Public Hearings May 22 The City of West Jordan City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. at West Jordan City Hall 8000 South Redwood Road, 3rd Floor, Council Chambers, to receive public comments prior to considering changing the Mayor’s position to full-time status, to more accurately reflect the time required to fulfill the duties of the office, without changing the form of government. The Council/Manager Form of Government would remain in effect as outlined in the 2009 West Jordan Municipal Code, Title 1, Chapter 5. A Public Hearing will be held before the City of West Jordan City Council on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at the hour of 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 8000 South Redwood Road, Third Floor, West Jordan, Utah, to receive public comments prior to considering ratification of the Planning Commission approval of the Preliminary Development Plan and Density for the Maple Hills Subdivision, and approve Modification of Design Standards, for property located at 7800 South 6400 West; Greg Hughes, Urban Chase Property Management, LLC, applicant. Planning Commission Notice of Public Hearings May 21 The City of West Jordan Planning and Zoning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at which time input will be received concerning the proposed item: • REZONE - Nottingham Park Rezone - 6724 South 2200 West; Rezone 5.29 acres from R-1-10D (Single family residential 10,000 sq. ft. min. lots) to R-1-8D (Single family residential 8,000 sq. ft. min. lots); Neptune Strategies/Michael Winder (applicant) The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers of the West Jordan City Hall, Third floor, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah. The Planning Commission will consider input from all interested parties prior to making a recommendation to the West Jordan City Council on this issue.
